Family of boy who had 64 days to live unreachable after over N70m was raised for surgery (photos)
- Nigerians had come out in numbers to help a man who wanted to save his son's life- Over seventy million naira was raised for the surgery to save the baby's life

- However, the man that launched the campaign to raise the money for the boy says he has been unable to reach the family, ever since the money was raised
Baba Newsline had earlier reported that a desperate father had taken to the middle of the road to protest for the safety of his child.
The man had sat in the middle of the road in front of the government house in Rivers state.
The man's son reportedly had a hole in his heart and he needed fifteen million naira for surgery. At the time, it was reported that he had only 64 days to live.
His desperation to save his child moved many Nigerians and a campaign was launched to raise money for the child. However, it is believed that the man and his family might have abscond with the money.

According to the foundation, Kbkonline, that helped the man raise the money, the target for the money was exceeded and over seventy million naira was raised for the boy's surgery and after it.
Kbk online has, however, revealed that after the money was raised they have been unable to reach the family.
It was also gathered that they no nothing about the progress of the surgery or what the money was used for exactly.
