#NigeriaDecides: Atiku defeats Buhari in Ondo (OFFICIAL)

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s candidate in the 2019 Presidential election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has won in Ondo State with 275,901 votes.

His closest rival, President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) which garnered 241,769 votes.

The Collation officer and Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti, Prof. Kayode Shoremekun, gave the figures Monday night at the National collation centre, Abuja.

According to him, the total valid votes are 559,984; rejected votes, 30,833; total votes cast 586,827; total registered voters 1,812,567; and total accredited voters 598,586.

He also gave the breakdown of the performance of the parties across the 18 local governments area as:
